York Water closed on the purchase of the former Donald and Janet Dallmeyer properties in Spring Garden Township, York County. 

York Water completed the acquisition of the SYC wastewater treatment plant and collection systems serving portions of Shrewsbury and Springfield Townships, York County and closed on the Scott Water Company in Greene Township, Franklin County.

The Board of Directors at their November 21st meeting declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2027 per share, a 4% increase.
