Save Time with These Programs
Automatic Payments
Enroll in or discontinue Timely Automatic Payments (TAP). TAP automatically withdraws your water, wastewater, or refuse payment from your bank account.
Paperless Billing
Save paper and reduce clutter when you receive your bill by email. You must create a customer account or log into your existing account to enroll in paperless billing.
Municipal Billing Services
Several municipalities contract with The York Water Company for billing services. Services include wastewater, also known as sewer, and refuse services. See the following municipal services for special billing information and convenience fees.
The York Water Company handles billing and payments for City of York refuse service customers.

Refuse Service Questions
For questions related to your refuse or recycling service, including a missed pickup, contact the City of York Public Works Department at 717-849-2245.
NOTE: York Water will not terminate water service for non-payment of City of York Refuse charges.
The York Water Company handles wastewater service billing and payments for Spring Garden Township.
Convenience Fee
When you pay your bill by debit or credit card, there is a $3.25 convenience fee per $500.00 maximum payment amount.
When you pay by recurring ACH/eCheck, there is a $0.75 convenience fee.

Payments received before 8:00 p.m. will be posted to your account the next business day.
