The business of The York Water Company is to impound, purify, and distribute water, as well as collect, convey, and treat wastewater to preserve local water quality. We are authorized to provide water and wastewater utility service by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
