The Board of Directors at their May 2nd meeting declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1949 per share.

The York Water Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2022.

Construction activities on the Company’s Lake Williams Dam are expected to start on or after April 4, 2022. Most of the work in 2022 will consist of demolition of the existing dam with some reconstruction work starting later in the year.

President and CEO, JT Hand, announced the Company’s 2021 financial results.

York Water completed the acquisition of the West Manheim Township, York County wastewater collection system, adding nearly 1,900 wastewater customers to the Company’s growing wastewater portfolio.
