York Water proudly supported York College of Pennsylvania’s Day of Giving 2026! This year, York Water is directing a gift to the Frances Platt Hines Scholarship Fund, created by our former CEO Jeff Hines, to provide scholarships to women in the Kinsley School of Engineering, Sciences and Technology. Every gift made a difference to a York College student.
