Girl Scouts Tour Water and Wastewater Plants
The tours were led by two awesome York Water employees: Katrina Cooper, Assistant Filter Plant Superintendent and Jayne Bertram, Wastewater Technician. Katrina and Jayne explained the water and wastewater treatment processes and talked about their career paths as women in the water and wastewater industry. It was great exposure to these fields for the young ladies.
