The Lake Williams Dam project nears completion
To meet the future needs of York Water customers, we have invested in rebuilding and enhancing the Lake Williams Dam structure with state-of-the-art engineering technology. This work is an investment that will meet the needs of our community and our customers for the next 100-plus years.
This multi-year project is nearing completion which includes a deliberate refill plan. If all goes as planned, it is anticipated that recreation on Lake Williams will resume Summer 2024.

Access Road
Our contractor completed the temporary access road work on January 14, 2022.
