Foundational Spillway Plinth

Foundations are being laid at the Lake Williams Dam.
Roller compacted concrete being placed.

The foundational Spillway Plinth section has been poured with conventional concrete and Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) is being placed on the top section of the right transitional gravity wall along the new spillway.
